Who gets texts

Customers who chose text as their preferred way to be contacted. We text them about their appointment and service only:

• install reminders
• when the crew is on the way
• when the lights are up, with the invoice
• when a repair is done
• schedule changes
• replies to questions you text us

We do not send marketing texts.

How you agree to texts

You agree by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts: in the booking chat on trianglexmas.com, on your signed service agreement, on our estimate form, or by telling the office. You do not have to agree to texts to use our service; we will use email or phone instead.
